Description:  Job Title: Senior Customer Relationship Manager Pay Rate: $140k-$175K/salary DoE Location: Remote Start Date: Right Away Keywords: # Customer Relationship Manager Jobs # Aviation Aerospace Industry JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and execute key account plans (relationship maps, dashboards, objectives, performance measures), for the company"s most strategic customers and report on progress against objectives. * Build and manage executive level relationships within the respective customers, while fostering working relationships throughout the customer"s organization. * Extract best overall long-term value from those relationships/customers/markets. * Support multiple company site sales and organic, large, and complex growth activities related to their customers and platforms. * Identify and exploit opportunities to leverage scale (multi-site) to deliver organic growth opportunities and/or smoother transitions. * Provide an impartial voice of the customer role and develop a deep understanding of their customers organization, processes, and behaviors. * Maintain and prioritize year-round contact at all levels of the customers organization. * Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between the customer and the company for all matters related to the customer/platform/market. * Act as a company advocate, educating the customer about who the company is and the value they bring to customers. * Coach and co-ordinate site teams/management on responsiveness, relationships, communications and timing (help to "block and tackle" and prioritize appropriately). * Participate in cross functional teams to ensure the business are aware of contractual requirements and customer expectations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master's degree in in a business discipline and 10 years of relevant experience, OR * Bachelor's degree in a business discipline and 12 years relevant experience, OR * 15 years of relevant customer relations experience in the aviation/aerospace field. * Familiarity with power-by-hour contracts. * General awareness/understanding of customers' aftermarket requirements. * Aviation/ Aerospace/OEM/ Mfg industry experience * Senior level relationship focused sales experience travel * Ability to travel regionally and internationally 60-80%* Initial travel will reduce to 40-50% after up and running in the role * Remote position but candidates based in WA, IL or TX are encouraged to apply If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
