Artemest is looking for a clear thinking, organized and enthusiastic self-starter to work as a backend developer.
The position will be closely collaborating with our in-house frontend team to build and evolve our ecommerce and marketplace management applications.
Previous experience in commercial rails projects is considered a big plus.
The successful candidate is a precise, data driven person, with a superior level of attention to details.
What will be your key responsibilities? Maintain and evolve the ecommerce platform backend Maintain and evolve the storefront and admin API Maintain and evolve the custom built cms Integrate new payment systems and 3rd party tools Who are we looking for? You have developed backend systems and API for at least 2 years Fluent in SQL, particularly with postgres Work in agile/scrum Performed code reviews for your teammates Used  Docker containers Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, particularly git Communicate fluently in  English Nice to haves: Spree Commerce– our ecommerce framework of choice which you’ll have to get familiar with Contributions to open-source projects Ecommerce experience What Artemest offers: Permanent contract Salary offer depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise within a range between € 40. 000 and € 50. 000 of annual gross salary Professional growth and salary review based on skills’ improvement Being among the first members of the internal technology team and proactively influencing technological stack choices Working in an international context, in collaboration with a technology remote team Training and updating through the participation at IT events and conferences Our Perks Inspiring Professionals.
