To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Junior Cost Accountant to join the Luxury Cost Accountant Team within the wider F&A Department.

Reporting into:  Luxury Cost Accountant Supervisor Contract Type: Maternity Cover Workplace Type: Hybrid Role purpose: The candidate will assist the Cost Accountant team and provide support in managing of warehouse accounting, especially it is related to the Documental flow in Accounting System ( Navision).
The Junior Cost Accountant in relation to the Supplier invoice and Credit Memo manage the 3w-m, the Payment Authorization, the Vendor Master Data Creation, the RTV and finally the Evaluation Stock by the warehouse accounting Load.
Assist also the Luxury Cost Accountant Supervisor for managing the relationship with other areas, in particular with Operation, Buying & Merchandising.
It’s will be in strictly contact with the suppliers and it's will manage internal and external reporting.
The candidate will support the team in the monthly closing activities.
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: Monitor and check the Digital Production progress Cross-check accounts and accounting documents Identify and resolve problem link to the administrative and operative flow Manage periodic physical and fiscal warehouse inventory Support the managing of activity administrative inbound (3w-m), in line with the physical and operative inbound Manage attributing purchase costs of products entering the warehouse for all buying type Record warehouse transactions for accounting purposes, about either purchased and consignment goods Support in periodic and/or ad hoc internal reporting and managing the consignment reporting Support in identifying process and/or system measures to optimize data flow and reliability Support in the warehouse activity and evaluations periodic during the closing process Cooperate with the various company areas involved in warehouse processes Check the operative phase of the goods working progress and backlog reporting Manage relationships with the main Luxury Partners Manage internal and external reporting The type of person we are looking for: Diploma in Accounting or University degree in Economics.
Good knowledge of accounting principles Reliability, accuracy, flexibility and discretion Good organizational skills Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach Motivation in an administrative role Excellent knowledge of English Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point Knowledge of Navision and SQL will be considered a plus
