For our Anagni Site, we are looking for an Equipment / Systems / HVAC Engineer to join the team.
The Role: Technical expertise, manage or collaborate on URS definition, System Specification review and approval, system design in collaboration with the engineering team and stakeholders, with focus on Equipment/ Systems and HVAC.
Coordinate or collaborate in troubleshooting exercises on the equipment/system, demonstrating their ability to discover potential solutions using technical knowledge of the equipment/system.
Coordinate or collaborate in problem solving, assess situations and create effective solutions to challenges or issues occurred.
Proactively propose solutions in team working.
Collaborate with site functions according to procedures and directives.
Manage or collaborate on capital account projects according to Engineering procedures, ensuring a high level of compliance with the cGMP, in compliance with the pre-established times and costs, and with the applicable procedures.
Constantly and effectively maintain communication and coordination with all functions involved to ensure that they are constantly updated on the projects and their impact.
Support the technical assessment of the quality and performance of contractors in relation to the interventions and requirements requested and the associated costs.
Participate in the technical assessment of new technologies/materials relating to activities connected with capital projects, in collaboration with all team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate in the analysis and closure of Quality Events resulting from technical causes.
Ensure that all activities of its competence are completed in accordance with the regulations in force, site procedures, and company policies; guarantee compliance with internal and Corporate procedures designed in accordance with current regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ISO 13485, and CRF 21 part 111.
Experiences and Education desired: Experience in managing projects and activities, even complex ones, through interactions with functions, and in compliance with the provisions on health, safety, and the environment.
Experience in troubleshooting problem solving.
Advanced knowledge with sterile pharmaceutical systems in particular: vials and PFS Fill Finish technologies, HVAC, and sterilization systems.
Specialized degree preferably in Engineering or related subjects with experience in the management of Engineering projects.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical systems and their operation.
Consolidated knowledge of asepsis techniques (sterile area).
