A day in the Life: Reporting to area manager the supervisor coordinates the daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient performance, and reach daily targets in a timely manner Lead and mentor a team of about 60 people to successfully implement production plans.
Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
Keys to Success: Strong leadership abilities to motivate and develop team members.
Proven track record in managing manufacturing processes.
Ability to determine and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
Education: High school diploma, degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
Proven expertise in process improvement.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Outstanding knowledge of manufacturing operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg.
Compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
