Technologist Expert

The Technologist Expert job is specific to aseptic technology and related Sidel's equipment.
The resource is mainly involved on the field at customers' sites worldwide during sensitive product projects to ensure all steps of the microbiological validation protocol are successfully passed and consequently release the equipment for commercial production.
This position is a great opportunity to become a specialist in aseptic packaging technology and to explore the sensitive products world.
Your Mission Lead and execute microbiological validation tests onsite for sensitive product projects (aseptic, ultraclean, hotfill) to release the equipment for commercial production.
Drive onsite equipment preparation based on the contractual validation protocol and interact with customer laboratory staff to follow the project schedule and obtain necessary support and facilities to perform the tests.
Be part of service teams for all ranges of equipment (standard and sensitive products) and provide support onsite for service interventions (DV, Quality Audit, Maintenance) to evaluate the hygienic status of equipment or perform validation tests after maintenance.
Execute troubleshooting interventions for sterility issues across the complete range of machines to identify root causes.
Your Profile Availability to travel 220 days per year.
Graduated in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Microbiology.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
HACCP knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of beverage equipment is a plus.
Knowledge of microbial families and behaviors.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
