Technician - Associate Engineer - Research and Development

Join the industry’s fastest growing technology company to shape that future today.   The Technician - Associate Engineer - Research and Development will be located out of the JMA offices in Bologna, Italy in the Castel San Pietro Terme area.
Responsibilities: Create and design models from scratch using advanced 3D CAD tools ( Solidworks).
Maintain version-controlled documentation to facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
Communicate regularly to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders via verbal and written communication.
Refine plastic/metal assemblies, create part numbers and extracting BOMS data and specifications for both Operation and Purchasing Teams.   Support other teams for standard related testing (both in-house and external labs).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience that includes Solid Works Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize firmware solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to travel, periodically, domestic and international to support client meetings.
