Supervisor Labeling & Technical Documentation

Job Description The Supervisor Labeling &Technical Documentation is responsible for a broad range of medical device labeling and technical publications (instructions for use, product and packaging labels, etc. ) and is responsible for coordinating activities for labeling internally with other stakeholders, and also with external vendors for tech writing and translations.
This position is located within the R D organization.
The activity includes: Be responsible for the overall labeling (instructions for use, product and packaging labels) of medical devices, their components and accessories in accordance with organizational policies; Manage/supervise team members activities; Develop standardized methods and tools to efficiently produce high-quality documents; Plan and direct the creation of IF Us and labels; Raise and manage change requests for labelling updates (instructions for use and product/packaging labels) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders; Coordinate with other departments involved (production/operations, logistics, customer service, and others); Coordinate and drive external vendors; Oversee the introduction of a Component Content Management System in collaboration with external partners; Order placement (translation and technical writing projects).
Qualifications Degree in Biomedical/ Material/ Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Chemical; English excellent spoken and written, German and/or Italian are a plus; The candidate will possess strong writing, editing and verbal abilities, as well as technical communication capabilities; Structured and detail-oriented work approach; Experience working in a highly- regulated environment is desirable, (ideally in Med Tech, but also biotech, pharma, etc. ) Proven abilities in demonstrating good judgment, building effective working relationships, and strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to develop processes through standardization, continuous improvement and digitization &automation; Document management in our electronic document management system, maintenance of eIFU website; Experience working with modular/structured documentation in a content management system ( Schema ST4, or similar) is a plus.
