We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Office Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical drawing and design of polymer injection molds using Solid Works.
This role requires excellent project management skills to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within schedule, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities: Create detailed technical drawings and designs for polymer injection molds using Solid Works, ensuring optimal mold performance.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for complex injection mold designs.
Ensure all designs meet industry standards, client specifications, and are optimized for production efficiency.
Focus on critical aspects of injection mold design, including gating design, cooling systems, and material flow to ensure high-quality mold performance.
Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to production.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Conduct thorough reviews of technical drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical drawing and design of polymer injection molds using Solid Works.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
