Sr Manager, QC

: Lead and manage the Quality Control team to ensure flawless execution of quality control analysis and evaluation of product quality attributes.
Quality control labs includes Chemical, Microbiological, Raw&pack and digital teams; Develop, and continuously keep updated quality control procedures according to GLP/GMP and corporate standards and implement initiatives to continuously improve product quality testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective methods for continuously improve quality compliance culture in QC.
Support audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and competencies Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or a related field, or equivalent experience; Proven experience, at least 10 years, in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in the aseptic sterile manufacturing sites; Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulations Exceptional leadership and management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, Clients and Corporate Join us at Thermo Fisher Scientific and be part of a dynamic and ambitious organization that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world.
