All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.   What you'll do  Identify and collect process losses for all productive line Do a weekly and monthly summary of production losses Update the board and the cube with specific KPI Support operator for Problem solving activites Participate in the daily direction-setting process – report results, flag issues and request resources Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes Cooperate with the team for procedure and standardization Provide on-site support for HPS communication activities and general event organisation   What makes you a good fit Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or other related fieldsflexible attitude to new technologiesgood communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented and problem-solving skills Fluent in EnglishMS Office package knowledge At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
