As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will support the Global HR Director to create a new International HR function for the Elisabetta Franchi Group, being a change agent in the organization.
Your role as an HRBP involves company culture development, evaluating talent acquisition and development, organizational design, compensation and benefits, leadership development, and ensuring effective communications in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities Ensure an efficient recruiting and onboarding process.
Develop specific training programs.
A 360° approach in managing people, spreading a new company culture, identifying coaching talents, and developing a performance management process.
Support organizational development.
Implement a compensation benefits policy and annual reward review process.
Support employer branding and internal communication projects.
Implement diversity and inclusion policies and training.
Ensure compliance with HSE, 231, Code of Ethics, and CCNL provisions.
Support the Global HR Director for international people management issues.
Your Profile University Degree.
A master's in HR is a plus.
International HR proficiency with 5 years of experience in the HR field within multi-country environments.
Retail experience is highly appreciated.
Proactive approach and analytical skills.
Comprehensive HR function knowledge.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Resilience and flexibility, capable of navigating in a fast-paced environment.
