Description Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated SALES MANAGER who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.
The position is based in Piossasco ( Turin) - Italy.

Mission: Implementation of the commercial strategy for assigned customers in alignment with business objectives and company procedures/guidelines.
Accountabilities: Ensure the implementation of the company commercial strategy in the assigned are/clients Ensure , in collaboration with qualification and proposal units, the execution of the bidding/qualification activities up to the delegated authority (bid no bid decision, bid strategy, proposal submission decision, orders negotiations and signature) Ensure the acquisition and reporting of relevant market information in order to optimize the sales activities in the area Ensure the definition and maintenance of key clients, partners, competitors database with key data information for the assigned customers Ensure the population of STS database with relevant sales data for the assigned customers Support all the required negotiations activities Support the set up of JV/ Consortium (partners selection and identification, agreement on MoU and CA) in accordance with BU commercial strategy and company policies Education: Bachelor degree (engineering preferred).
Business awareness Experience in multinational companies appreciated Required Skills/ Knowledge 5 years of working experience; Experience with Public Administration in Transportation sector preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to manage conflicts and negotiation attitude Languages : Knowledge of English: Fluent (written & spoken) Travel percentage required: Willingness to travel 50% of the time LI-AM1 Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
