About the role: We are looking for a Prototype Coordinator Intern to support Electronic Systems Team to estimate cost, produce and deliver prototypes of assigned projects to internal and external stakeholders according to project needs and schedule, ensuring tracking of costs and incomes vs project budget.
This position is based at our office in Corbetta ( Milan area- Italy) As Prototype Coordinator Intern, in constant support of the company tutor, will be involved in the following activities: Analyse, understand and promote customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in sales orders database and internal demands; Maintain Customer Communication Systems to ensure that orders and sale are requested and processed in a timely manner to protect deliveries to customer; Coordinate Sales Order entry with FPL Sales ensuring costs alignement with quote; Create prototype build schedule for proper material traceability/production planning; Track the entire sample build process including communication of the current progress in the direction of engineering, project team and sales responsible; Track cost and sales (P Os) vs budget; Effectively coordinate prototype production and delivery activities.
