About the role: We are looking for a Process Engineer/ Launch Management who will join Electronic Systems team to manage production allocation and offer coordination, new products Manufacturing Simultaneous Engineering standardization, industrialization monitoring securing silent Launch, reporting directly to Divisional Process Launch Management Manager.
This position is based at our office in Corbetta ( Milan area- Italy) As Process Engineer/ Launch Management, you will: Be the reference between Plant and Product Development team securing new products Manufacturing Simultaneous Engineering standards application Validate final Plant Industrial offers in reference to Request For Information/ Request For Quotation, securing new capex avoidance, equipment re-use and best Manufacturing standard solutions.
Monitoring and first reporting of Manufacturing needs/risks (capex, areas, saturations, etc) based on new opportunities, securing further study deployment onsite and with Electronic Systems Advanced Manufacturing Engineering structure Secure coordination and support in case of new technology application together with ELS Advanced Manufacturing Engineering support.
Monitoring and reporting of Process Milestones, Process readiness and baseline Process KP Is progress.
Monitoring and reporting of critical upcoming situations to secure product and process development roadblock avoidance.
Guarantee online and/or onsite support for any relevant blocking points or event at risk, securing the right escalation level for a Silent launch.
Ensure compliance with Customer requirements and specifications, internal norms, procedures and Function guidelines.
Support Project management and Plant Teams in Product Change Requests and Product/ Process Continuous Improvement, VAVE, during Projects Life Cycle.
What you will bring: Engineering degree More than 5 years’ experience in similar role Advance written and spoken English Strong understanding of Production processes Project Management and Project Governance Tool Problem Solving approach Industrial KPI’s (OEE, CT, FTQ) knowledge Ability to translate business needs into strategic action Drive results, Accountability, and ability to enter and solve conflictual situations Awarness, Prioritization and Front-loading orientation Act as a leader, promoting collaboration and team working Lead inter-functional team ( Engineering and Manufacturing) Willingness to travel (20%) What's on offer: Fast-paced yet supportive and high-performing international team with an inspiring ambition to transform the future of mobility.
