Procurement Internship

Summary The intern within the Purchasing Department and reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, who will have the opportunity to follow the training project that will see him/her mainly involved in the following activities: - Support in defining a category management strategy for Knauf Italy's direct suppliers - Analysis and definition of a strategic perimeter on direct suppliers - Creation of metrics and KP Is - Direct support to the Procurement Manager - Dashbord management for monitoring procurement activities - Material master management - MRP planning Requirements - Master’s degree in disciplines related to logistics, management engineering, economics, or similar. - Excellent knowledge of Office package (especially Excel); - Good knowledge of English and fluent Italian Preferred Qualifications -  proactive personality; - relational skills and strong teamwork; - strong work ethic and high attention to detail; - strong communication skills and problem solving. - SAP knowledge is preferred but not required Additional Information Place of work: Castellina M. ma (PI) Contract: Internship Compensation: 700 Euro + Ticket Restaurant + transport allowance.
