For the 2025 edition, we are looking for a new resource for the role of Overnight Customer Care .
Ideal candidates are responsible for communicating with families, becoming their point of contact.
They respond to inquiries, providing updates on participant well-being and ensuring that the experience is as positive and smooth as possible.
WORK HOURS AND LOCATION From June 22 to August 8.
From Sunday afternoon to Friday morning.
Daily from 7:30 to 8:30 a. m. and 4:30 to 10:30 p. m. at H-FARM Campus at Ca' Tron in Roncade, TV.
Some experiences may last the entire weekend.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage back office activities: preparing communications and taking care of family requests Take care of the relationship with families during the experience Know how to listen to families' requests, identify the need and know how to provide the right support for the resolution of any difficulties Have direct contact with professional support figures in the management of activities (e. g. , nursing staff, counselors, kitchen staff) REQUISITES - HARD SKILL Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1-C2 level) Experience in education such as summer camps, au pairs, tutoring, after-school activities REQUIREMENTS - SOFT SKILLS Management and mediation of interpersonal relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Time management and organizational skills, able to work independently.
