All'interno del ristorante - in accordo e sotto la supervisione del F&B Manager e del Restaurant Manager - si occupa:• programmare e coordinare il lavoro giornaliero, supervisionare la gestione contabile• di supervisionare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio • di partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala• di registrare le comande, curare l'ospite e porre attenzione ai dettagli• di supportare le esigenze dell'hotel nei servizi di prima colazione e room service• di supervisionare la preparazione della sala per tutti i servizi richiesti Inside the restaurant in agreement and under the supervision of the F&B Manager and the Restaurant Manager - he takes care of:• plan and coordinate the daily work, supervise the accounting management• supervision of the mise-en-place of the tables and the service • to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team• to record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details• to support the hotel's needs for breakfast and room service• supervising the preparation of the room for all the required services Valutiamo possibilità di alloggio per i non residenticondizioni economiche in linea con l'esperienza acquisita.

Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua• Una buona conoscenza dei vini• Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti stellati, R&C e/o hotel 4/5*• Completano il profilo capacità comunicative e gestionali, orientamento al cliente e team working• Certificazioni HACCP e PREVENZIONE INCENDI• Hotel training• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
Knowledge of a third language is welcome• A good knowledge of wines• Experience of at least three years in the same role gained in starred restaurants, R&C and / or 4/5 * hotels• Communication and management skills, customer orientation and team working complete the profile• HACCP and FIRE PREVENTION certifications
