The place of work will be the office in San Giovanni Teatino (CH).
The figure will report hierarchically and functionally to the Head HSE Italy, based at the Milan offices; it will also support and collaborate with the HSE Operations Manager and with the other figures of the HSE function who refer to the Operational Districts for the management and resolution of operational issues in the field of health, safety and the environment.
The candidate will have to be available for business trips within the Italian Country.
Key Accountabilities: As RSPP, direct and coordinate the application of Legislative Decree 81/08 and health and safety regulations, within the scope of competence.
The figure will have to manage the issues relating to the sector regulations in order to direct and coordinate their application in the various companies of reference.
In particular, They must: Manage health surveillance, organizing periodic and pre-employment medical examinations; Manage mandatory HSE training.
Manage and contribute to the process of maintaining and renewing the certifications of the Management System referred to the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, also through the planning and execution of level I/II inspections and audits with attached verification of the implementation of corrective actions.
Contribute to the preparation, updating and control of company guidelines, procedures and/or operating instructions, verifying their consistency with the main business processes.
Contribute to monitoring regulatory and legislative updates in the HSE area, verifying its applicability to companies and proposing the action plans necessary to take charge of the obligations in terms of information, operational training, new system documents, process adjustments, etc.
Contribute to the collection, analysis and management of near misses, accidents, injuries, non-conformities, monitoring and managing the improvement actions that will be identified to prevent the causes of injury.
Contribute to the collection and processing of data and periodic reports relating to the monitoring and reporting of Health and Safety KP Is.
Qualifications and Experience: Degree Safety Engineering or, at least, in engineering or scientific subjects.
At least 3 years' experience in a RSPP role in the oil & gas, energy or industrial sectors.
Valid RSPP certification.
Knowledge of the UNI ISO 45001:2018 and UNI ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Knowledge of D.
D. 81/08 and D. lgs. 152/06 and sector regulations.
Skills: Analysis capacity, attention to details, precision and reporting.
Methodical approach to organising and conducting work processes.
Ability to analyse the context and calibrate relational methods.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Predisposition to work in groups and interpersonal relationships.
