The " Global IT Senior Business Analyst Legal" is a global position responsible for providing strategic technology support and guidance to the global legal function.
The individual in this role will act as a liaison between the legal team and IT department, ensuring that technology requirements, risks, and opportunities are identified, assessed, and addressed throughout the organization's legal processes.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical, legal, and business acumen, capable of driving technology initiatives that support the organization's legal function objectives.
The role is a key component of the Campari Group OneIT organization, cooperating daily with Global and Regional IT team members.
Strong leadership capabilities and problem solving, mixed with teamwork and commitment to achieve agreed objectives represent the keys to success.
Mission/ Objectives Collaborate with the global legal function to identify, assess, and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives and legal requirements.
Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the legal technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities and Activities Provide strategic guidance and support to the global legal function in the selection, implementation, and management of technology solutions.
Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure that technology solutions are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to legal technology initiatives and IT due diligence findings.
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on technology initiatives and IT findings.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization's legal technology landscape.
Suggest the development and maintenance of IT-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
Participate in relevant industry events and professional development opportunities to maintain expertise in legal and technology best practices.
Experience & Education A minimum of 4 years of experience in complex multinational company IT department or consultancy firm with a focus on legal technology.
Proven experience working closely with legal teams to support their technology needs and requirements.
Experience in managing and implementing technology projects, preferably within the legal domains.
Familiarity with various technology platforms and tools commonly used in legal functions (e. g. , Legal Operations platform, in-take workflow, e-discovery, document management, contract management, board portal, enterprise legal management, etc. ) such as: Agiloft, Docu Sign, Lexion. ai, Malbek, Service Now, Mitratech, Dili Trust.
A strong understanding of data privacy regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices relevant to legal activities.
Familiarity with CPG Industry Knowledge is desirable.
International experience: experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
Education A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
A master's degree in a relevant field or an MBA would be an advantage.
Relevant professional certifications, such as PMP, ITIL, or CISA, are desirable.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven proficiency in project management software and Office suite e. g.
Excel & Power Point.
Knowledge of IT trends, standards, and emerging technologies.
Experience working with legal and regulatory requirements in IT projects.
