Expert On-line - Fixed-term Contract

Valmet is looking for an Expert On-line to join our team in Bologna office on a 1-year temporary contract to receive customer's request promptly inherent in machinery issues, verify and resolve properly problems by remote.
After a period of training on the job, the role works independently to complete given tasks.
