The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience- Full time availability- Room and board• Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e buona conoscenza di inglese e francese• Esperienza di almeno due anni maturata in hotel 4*/5*, ristoranti gourmet, Relais & Châteaux• Conoscenza dei vini (gradita attestazione da sommelier - AIS, FISAR o simili -)• Completano il profilo: forte senso di responsabilità e passione, orientamento al cliente, flessibilità e team working• Diploma/ Degree• Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of English and French• At least two years of experience in the role gained in gourmet and/or starred restaurants, 4*/ 5* hotels or Relais & Chateaux• Knowledge of wines ( Sommelier certificate is a plus - AIS, FISAR or similar -)• Complete the profile: customer orientation, communication, flexibility and team working
