UX/UI Designer

At Out Systems ( Contractor), in Portugal Expires at: 2025-02-07 Remote policy: Full remote Location: Portugal ( Remote) Max duration: 30 June 2025 How can you help us? You will be responsible for designing the user experience learning/onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, within an Agile approach, to collaborate with other UX designers while driving the design process.
Be user centric design driven, flexible, and enthusiastic, bringing new inspiring ideas to the team.
Desired Qualifications and Hard and Soft Skills 5+ years of experience working as a U Xer or in Product Design. 3+ years of experience working in the technology industry.
Experience working in cross-functional teams (e. g. design, engineering).
Able to work autonomously or in a team.
Fast learner, willing to experiment with new technologies.
Ability to go from macro vision to implementation details in an iterative, highly collaborative, and supported way.
Facilitate UX workshops from discovery to delivery.
Mandatory: Be a specialist in one of these tools: User Pilot, App Cue, User Guiding, or Walk Me.
Be a specialist in working with Figma and with a Design System.
Degree in a UX related field and professional experience with digital products.
Great communication skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
