Our Electrical Division is looking for a Utility Sales Leader South Europe, whose main goal is to focus on enabling cross-functional collaboration across the South Europe Zone to achieve and deliver Utilities End-to- End profit for the zone.
The key focus will be to sustain with the aim of expanding sales and customer relationships within the Utilities segment and customers active in the renewable segment.
The key areas will be Eaton Medium Voltage, Transformers, x Storage, Low Voltage offers as well as software, field and other services.
What you’ll do: Supervise the monthly business cycle for Utilities by driving sales management across the South Europe zone and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders; Collaborate with local HR managers to maximize team capability, knowledge, skills, and engagement aligned with segment priorities; Develop and conduct training for local teams to ensure execution of targeted deliverables in line with the South Europe business strategy; Create and share strategic initiatives with CSO and Cluster leaders to enhance market growth through collaboration with Country Sales Managers; Support CSO and Cluster leaders in building a high-performing work culture by enhancing organizational capability across the cluster; Understand the portfolio of Hardware and Software needed for Utility/ Renewable accounts and develop business cases to align commercial and product development; Identify and address recurring customer experience challenges using data to implement effective resolution plans; Manage 2-3 key Utility/ Renewable accounts, focusing on Eaton offerings, pipeline generation, contract setup, and revenue growth.
Qualifications: University, Post university degree in Business, Commercial or Engineering/ Technical.
Skills: 10+ years experience in sales and business management in Utility/ Renewable industry segment/companies; Strong leadership skills required; Strong communication skills and ability to communicate across different cultures/geographic regions; Ability to write and execute segment sales plans and effective sales proposals; Ability to develop a talented team with succession plan; Ability to solve problems with time efficacy, agility and effectively; Travel for this role will be about 30% to 50%; Language: English as standard operating and one other local language will be an advantage.
