Job Title: Treasury and General Ledger Specialist Department: Finance Reports To: Senior Finance Manager & Plant Controller Collaborate in a team to ensure the financial and accounting management of the company, overseeing financial statements, budgets, and cash flows, as well as coordinating administrative activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Additionally, monitor the economic performance of the subsidiaries, analyzing data and indicators to support management in strategic decisions.
What you will do Perform accounting activities for Italian GAAP statutory financial statements.
Support treasury operations for the plant and for reporting to corporate.
Ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations for the plant’s activities.
Oversee AS400 operations for the manufacturing entity.
Support/ Interface Shared Service.
Contribute/ Assist Controller to US GAAP ledger management ( One Stream).
Contribute/ Assist Finance Manager for Italian statutory financial statements and tax return.
What we are looking for Degree in Economics/ Commerce or 5–8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP; US GAAP is a plus.
Proficiency in AS400; familiarity with ERP systems is a bonus.
Expertise in accounting reconciliations, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
Fluent English; proficient in Windows and Office Suite.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results.
