Randstad HR Solutions, in collaboration with Epta, a leading multinational company in the refrigeration sector, seeks and selects a Transportation & Logistics Commodity Manager for the logistics hub in Vigasio (VR). esperienza da 3 a 5 anni Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Commodity Manager, Procurement or Purchasing in the logistics, transportation or 3PL sectors, with a focus on international operations.
In-depth knowledge of transportation and logistics market dynamics, including contracts with 3PL service providers.
Advanced negotiation skills, with experience in managing complex negotiations and long-term contracts.
Cost analysis and budget management skills, with experience in reducing costs through supply chain optimization.
Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written, to manage communications and negotiations with international partners.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent priority management skills.
Location: Vigasio (VR).

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Manage the contracts for logistics services, road, air and sea transportation, 3PL contracts and warehouses in an international context.
Conduct negotiations with suppliers and logistics partners to secure the best contractual terms, both in terms of costs and delivery times.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with SL As ( Service Level Agreements) and KP Is ( Key Performance Indicators).
Collaborate with internal departments ( Logistics, Production, Supply Chain) to align company needs with transportation and logistics solutions.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction within the global logistics network.
Coordinate supplier audits to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and company policies.
Actively collaborate with Logistics & Transportation teams to manage cross-border projects and develop continuous improvement strategies for the supply chain.
Stay up to date with market trends and innovations in the logistics and transportation sector, identifying new solutions that provide competitive advantages to the company.
