In this role your responsibilities will be to: Coordinate effective learning, training and development actions to support the achievement of business objectives.
Conduct needs analysis studies and collaborate with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and development plan/actions.
Formulate training policies, programs and schedules.
Organize and develop training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
Manage and coordinate the organization of mandatory and non-mandatory trainings as per law and policy.
Research and select outside consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific topics.
Work with the line managers of the organization to identify & plan the development of staff with high potential to ensure fast track growth for such staff to facilitate retention.
Performs training analysis as required.
Elaborate and monitor the annual training budget in coordination with HR Head and Finance department.
Assist on evaluation and recommendation of assessments tools.
Lead specific development projects from start to end.
Punctual management of certifications archiving, to cope with legislation You are: Former experience and strong interest for training and development topics in matrix organizations.
Former studies or interest in economics/business or marketing preferably with specialization in human resources/organization, psychology, social and educational sciences would be beneficial.
High level of planning and organizational skills.
Must have extensive knowledge of funds, development tools, instructional practices, including teaching materials, testing, and course content.
Precision and attention to details.
Analytical mindset and work approach.
Orientation to continuous improvement.
Requires exceptional time management, due to fast-moving, demanding work environment.
People-oriented and passionate about training.

Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Very good knowledge of MS- Office (especially Excel and Power Point).
