This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management capabilities, and a deep understanding of service delivery processes.
Location: Remote Work from Switzerland, preferably in Basel (with the possibility of going to the client's office in Basel on request) Main requirements Mandatory Skills: o Monitor service performance against SL As, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. o Conduct regular service reviews with clients or internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns or issues. o Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, escalations, and feedback. o Plan, execute, and oversee projects aimed at enhancing service delivery processes, and addressing specific client needs. o Help define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors. o Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables. o Coordinate cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of project activities. o Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact. o Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, and facilitate project meetings and workshops. o Identify opportunities for process improvement and service optimization through analysis of performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry best practices. o Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining service delivery processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction. o Develop and implement Service Improvement Plans (SI Ps) to address identified areas for improvement and track progress toward improvement goals.
