We are looking for a passionate Tech Support Internship Italy to be integrated into our Team located in Bergamo.
Role Managing customer requests by phone, email and chat Supporting customer requests regarding domains, hosting, email and connectivity Customer Care data analysis and reporting Net promoter score system Use of customer support tools and business intelligence Requisition Diploma of Technical Institute or equivalent Good aptitude for problem solving and direct contact with the customer Basic knowledge of connectivity Good expressive and synthesis skills and a good language property Basic knowledge of English Team working skills Commercial attitude Supporting customer requests regarding domains, hosting, email and connectivity Commercial attitude
