System Quality Coordinator & HSE Representative

You will manage all activities relating to the maintenance of the IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Certifications You will collaborate with the HSE in managing all activities relating to the safety management of the plant You will collaborate with the HSE Manager and the Operations Manager for all development and implementation activities of strategies, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the plant's Health, Safety and Environmental regulatory requirements In this function you can: Collaborate with the HSE Manager and the Operations Manager to guarantee maximum performance in Operations: in particular in the Quality and Safety System Actively support the achievement of local and group goals through guidance, coaching and careful follow-up Promote continuous improvement projects to ensure sustainable improvements Collaborate with the HSE manager to ensure that plants are managed in accordance with national laws and regulations Collaborate with the HSE Manager so that the organization of the production site is prepared to manage emergency situations In collaboration with People & Culture, manage the hiring and development of skills relating to Safety, Environment and Health of all staff in order to ensure effective management for the entire Production Site.
Ensure a prompt response to customer requests by managing the management of complaints and audits of customers and certification bodies.
Collaborate and interact closely with the local HSE manager in order to ensure the responsibility of the line and employees in HSE matters In this role you will be employed by: Managing Director for responsibilities relating to the management of the Quality System HSE Manager for activities relating to Health, Safety and Environmental Management.
About you You are the right person for this role if you have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Degree in technical and/or scientific subjects and/or equivalent experience Mastery of the quality system with particular focus on certifications: IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Good knowledge and experience in the HSE function Recognized as a communicative, engaging in dialogue, inspirational, motivating person who provides and receives feedback from the organization Proven ability to collaborate to implement strategic action plans Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (written and spoken), as well as fluent command of English #J-18808- Ljbffr
