The position
As our Supply Chain Import &Data Management Agent, you will be responsible for managing the full scope of import activities, ensuring compliance with customs and tax regulations, and supporting internal and external stakeholders to align logistics and production flows with our business strategy. You’ll be a key player in maintaining smooth inbound traffic, managing relationships with global partners, and supporting process excellence in logistics operations.
Your main responsibilities are to:
Manage all fiscal, administrative, and customs aspects of importing goods – including liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, internal departments, and fiscal representatives
Issue and reconcile tolling invoices, service provision invoices, and shipment-related invoices – ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and customs regulations
Act as a point of contact between the site, global functions, and the Swiss-based principal – helping align logistics flows with customer needs and business goals
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance activities, including deviations and storage and distribution investigations
Collect and analyze supply chain data, support the launch of new products, and contribute to enhancements in master data and bill of materials management
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you:
Have a bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, economics, science, management engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum of 1 year) in production working environments. We also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to grow and proof themselves in a dynamic environment
Proficient knowledge of production and logistic processes, with the ability to apply this understanding in practical settings
Good knowledge of SAP system
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Fluent in both written and spoken English, possessing strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and suppliers
About the department
You will be part of the Site Supply Chain department based in Anagni, Italy. You will be working on-site in Anagni, interacting with internal and external departments as well as national and international suppliers across world time zones. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong focus on innovation and excellence.
