Store Manager- Sanremo

Location: Sanremo, Italy

Salary: €28,000 – €33,000 per year (before tax), with performance-related bonuses up to €2,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for an  experienced Store Manager  with strong  sales  and  leadership  skills to lead a newly opened store in  Sanremo . This is an exciting opportunity to drive the success of a new location, establish customer relationships, and contribute to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the store and team, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance


• Drive sales through effective leadership and motivation of the team


• Manage daily store operations, including inventory and visual merchandising


• Monitor store performance and work towards achieving sales targets


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers


• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked

What We’re Looking For:


• Strong sales experience  with a proven track record of leadership


• Fluency in  English and Italian  (both required for communication with the international team)


• Passion for art and innovative products


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve high performance


• Must be flexible and able to work on weekends and holidays (2 days off per week)
