STORE-OPENING IN SÜDTIROL / BOLZANO Bei unserem Auftraggeber handelt es sich um ein Fashion- Unternehmen , das aus der Branche nicht mehr wegzudenken ist und sowohl in Österreich als auch am internationalen Markt eine ausgesprochene Vorreiterrolle einnimmt.
Aufgrund der weiteren internationalen Expansion wird das fashion-affine Führungsteam um eine Schlüsselposition erweitert und wir suchen daher für den Markteintritt in Italien eine/n retail-erfahrene/n XL STORE DIRECTOR (m/w/d) Nord- Italien / Bolzano - Fashion Retail - BEKANNTE MARKEN Ihre Aufgaben: Neben der Store- Eröffnung beinhaltet die Aufgabe folgende Schwerpunkte im Detail: Du bist für die gesamte Performance des XL Stores und die Geschäftsleitung verantwortlich.
Stehst in regelmäßigen Austausch mit Deinen Departmentmanagern und behaltest die Needs der Sales- Mitarbeiter stehts im Blick.
Darüberhinaus bist Du mit dem Retail Director, aber auch mit Human Resources und Einkauf am Standort Wien in engem Austausch.
Budgetplanungen und Auswertung der KPI´s (quantitativ und qualitativ) sowie die Mitarbeit bei weiteren Expansions- Projekten runden diese spannende Führungsaufgabe zusätzlich ab.
Du wohnst idealerweise im Raum Südtirol oder Trento .
Ihr Profil: Wir wenden uns hier an motivierte und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeiten mit hands-on- Mentalität und Führungs- Erfahrung im Retail (bevorzugt Fashion oder Beauty ).
Neben guten Englischkenntnissen ist Italienisch in Wort und Schrift ein MUST.
Ein empathischer Führungsstil auf Augenhöhe, Passion und ein Faible für den Fashion- Retail sowie unternehmerisches Denken zählen zu Deinen Softskills.

XL STORE DIRECTOR (gn) SÜDTIROL / ALTO ADIGE - BOLZANO - FASHION RETAIL - WELL KNOWN BRANDS Your tasks: In addition to the store opening, the task includes the following focal points in detail: You are responsible for the overall performance of the XL Store and the management.
You will be in regular communication with your department managers and always keep an eye on the needs of your sales employees.
You will also be in close contact with the Retail Director, but also with Human Resources and Purchasing at the Vienna location.
Budget planning and evaluation of KP Is (quantitative and qualitative) as well as participation in further expansion projects round off this exciting management task.
Ideally, you live in the South Tyrol or Trento area.
Your profile: We are addressing motivated and entrepreneurial individuals with a hands-on mentality and management experience in retail (preferably fashion or beauty).
In addition to good knowledge of English, spoken and written Italian is a MUST.
An empathetic leadership style at eye level, passion and a soft spot for fashion retail as well as entrepreneurial thinking are among your soft skills.
