Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and facilitate all HR processes.
Address and resolve benefit-related inquiries.
Perform a range of administrative tasks including filing, copying, mailing forms, and preparing new employee binders.
Maintain and update employee personnel files.
Enter and manage data in the HRIS (ADP) system for new hires, terminations, and employee updates.
Conduct onboarding sessions and exit interviews.
Revise and enhance job descriptions as needed.
Handle new hire screening and documentation processes.
Generate reports as required.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; SHRM certification is a plus.
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
Proven ability to manage confidential information.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to suggest and implement process improvements.
Comfortable working with all levels of the organization and across diverse cultures.
Work Environment: Primarily an office setting with occasional exposure to the manufacturing floor.
