As the Senior Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving the sales strategy of our client.
Your focus will be on building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients while actively seeking and managing sales opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to achieve personal and company-wide sales goals, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do: Proactively identify and handle sales opportunities to grow revenue.
Build and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with clients to support sales goals.
Lead daily sales activities, ensuring timely and accurate handover of business for successful service delivery.
Achieve personal sales targets and support the overall sales strategy.
Promote the company and represent it in the market by managing accounts and customer relationships.
Actively solicit new business through calls, meetings, and events to exceed room and catering sales objectives.
Keep accurate sales records and reports, and prepare correspondence for clients.
Attend trade shows, community events, and industry meetings to expand the company's presence.
Collaborate closely with operations to deliver exceptional service for all clients and guests.
Requirements Who You Are: Fluent in Italian and English.

Experienced in MICE, government, and leisure environments, with a deep understanding of market trends.
Skilled in international sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a large, upscale property with significant rooms and meeting spaces.

Strong commercial understanding of sales, marketing, and e-commerce.
Experience in a collaborative environment, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
