• Manage the brand portfolio with a focus on profitability and rotation.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to support business growth decisions.
• Develop long-term innovation plans: Design the future portfolio and manage a fast-paced innovation pipeline. Define business cases to support innovation projects. Define products with a specific focus on recipes, claims, and formats. Set prices, including list definitions and recommended retail prices per channel/country. Develop packaging.
• Design and implement a marketing plan that supports global brand growth.
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget.
• Execute branding and category projects in collaboration with other team members.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
• Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment.
