The individual will coordinate and supervise the activities of two resources in the Commercial Office.
Main activities and responsibilities:- Researching Business Development opportunities in Italy and abroad, particularly France and Spain- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and potential customer identification- Managing and strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of loyalty and supporting them in identifying the best commercial solutions- Managing and supervising the entire commercial activity, from prospecting, to offering, to negotiation- Monitoring commercial activities promptly and preparing periodic reports (for the Ownership)- Ensuring the achievement of commercial targets set by the Ownership Requirements:- Degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field or Diploma- Proven experience of at least five/eight years in the role of Sales Manager- Sales experience in companies operating in the packaging/plastic industry will be considered a preferential requirement- Habit of working on projects and/or orders- Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of a second language ( Spanish or French) is desirable The company will evaluate the classification and economic treatment directly based on the quality/maturity of past experiences.
