Sales Engineer (Transformers)

Description For our business unit Transformers in Monselice, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to support the Product Marketing team in their daily activities.
Your responsibilities: Support the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy; Prepare sales plans using company tools and perform regular status reviews; Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed; Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.
Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions; Build long-term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Your background: Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering; Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, good knowledge of French, German or Spanish (B2) is nice to have; At least 2/3 years of experience in Sales; Proactivity, attention to details, and customer-oriented mindset are required.
