About the role We are currently looking for a talented candidate in Finance Department as Sales Controller . The candidate will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, with the following responsibilities: Analysis and development of P L by channel/customer using Customer Profitability Tool Monthly analysis of KPI trends, sharing data with the OOH Sales Manager and his staff Support in the specific initiative (for exemple development of new customer/sub channel, activation of new promotional materials, introduction of new packaging) and final monitoring of the progress Development of channel specific plans in collaboration with Marketing/ Trade Marketing Definition of discounts channel and customer during Budget and Forecast Aid Revenue Management Team in ensuring fair trade treatment between channels on specific projects/products Ensure correct payment process of the commercial contract based on yearly performance Who we are looking for Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or related 3-5 years of experience in similar roles Problem-solving, decision-making, and team work skills are considered as mandatory for the role Open communication attitude, organizational Integration and network Flexibility, adaptability and aptitude to teamwork IT Skills MS Office ( Excel, Power Point, Word) and SAP, HFM/ Essbase Knowledge of Customer Profitability Platform is considered as a plus Languages High fluency in English (written and spoken) How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
