A . , company worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of testing systems for semiconductors and electronic boards, is looking for a Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant you will participate in the day-by-day sales activities, including definition of equipment configurations based on customer needs, quotations, Purchase Order management, development of strategical business relationships with our commercial partners. Activities: Ability to express complex content in written form and to produce coherent and understandable documents Ability to record, discriminate and filter incoming information (email, phone calls, internal communications) Ability to organize the Sales Manager's trip in collaboration with the agency Ability to communicate in English Using Office package ( Excel, Word, Power Point) Ability to effectively debug new procedures related to the processes Soft Skill Ability to relate to others and establish positive interactions Ability to represent the company adequately in relations with customers, suppliers and public bodies, protecting its interests and image Ability to manage internal relations, knowing how to measure servitude, diplomacy Ability to perform and carry out multiple tasks and activities simultaneously, ensuring attention and accuracy Ability to work towards team goals by helping others by showing collaboration Ability to receive, learn, assimilate and apply the knowledge passed on quickly Attention to detail and precision, respecting the timing of assigned tasks Willingness to work overtime, when there is need Interest and curiosity in acquiring new and innovative knowledge to expand their own expertise Confidentiality of work-related activities and information Personal care and standing appropriate to the role Orderly management of the work area, proper use of assigned equipment Respect of working hours and company rules Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or languages One year of experience in sales - preferred Fluent in English, mostly written Good knowledge of MS Office Suite Be proactive and team work -oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented Settore: Vendite Ruolo: Commerciale/ Vendite Salario netto mensile: EUR 1200 - EUR 1600 Percentuale di occupazione: Full-time Disponibilità lavorativa: Ciclo continuo Gestisce altre persone: No Inquadramento: Impiegato Livello di istruzione: Laurea Triennale Patente: B
