Are you ready to ignite the future of logistics together? We are looking for a highly motivated Road Logistics FTL-LTL Operator for a temporary contract.
Your Role The Road Logistics Operator works within the Road Logistics Function.
The Road Logistics in Kuehne+ Nagel is a fundamental asset and provides Road shipping and Road forwarding solutions to achieve customer performance goals.
Partners with Clients belonging to a wide spectrum of industries ( Pharma Healthcare, Perishables, Project Logistics, Automotive, Industrial and High Tech) and offers a wide range of tailor-made and end-to-end services (i. e. : Time- Defined Products, Road- Sea, Road- Air, Cargo Insurance, Customs Clearance, Fairs Exhibitions), leveraging digital transformation and providing sustainable shipping options for customers to decarbonise their transport.
The Road freight capacity is built upon our Network with the most effective gateways and long-lasting strategic carrier relationships.
Is part of the Groupage Department and belongs to the Export and Import Operational Teams.
Execute administrative duties and ensure transport services for customer orders.
Supports the management of exceptional and special transport requests, and recognizes operational issues impacting the service.
Supports the Sales Team providing insightful data and advice to establish and enforce partnerships with customers.
Your Responsibilities Support the delivery and collection scheduling by dealing with carriers, hauliers, subcontractors, and third parties.
Contribute to customers management, in terms of administrative support (customs clearance, invoicing, and other administrative duties).
Maintain good relationships with both existing and potential customers to ensure retention and growth.
Sales Support.
Promote company services to customers, chasing new commercial partnerships.
