Apartments Florence. it is looking for an exceptionally friendly and courteous receptionist to be part of our young team.
We are Florence’s leading vacation rental property management company with more than 400 vacation homes in the city centre.
For a new Palace with 10 exclusive luxury apartments we are looking for a Front Desk Agent who will be responsible for all property-related tasks from start to finish: welcoming &, hosting guests, creating an A++ guest experience, problem-solving in daily operations, and ensuring all administrative tasks are executed perfectly ESSENTIAL DUTIES &, RESPONSIBILITIES • Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner. • Process reservations, including sending reservation and confirmation emails and running credit card charges as well as maintaining communications with guests prior to arrival, during their visit and after departure • Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures • Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner • Being informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house), • Performing the required administrative tasks (city tax collection, payments and more) • Freely using your great personality and creativity to sell the value of renting our beautiful vacation properties via phone, email and in person • Provide information regarding availabilities to current and prospective guests over the phone, via email and in person • Provide concierge assistance to guests regarding services, recreation, transfers, restaurants and other activities • Assisting guests with problems and dealing with emergencies • Observe established policies and procedures • Meet sales goals as they are communicated • Verify the custody and efficient maintenance of the property, amenities, equipment and facilities. • Ensure that the external reception area, as well al the apartments, are in order and well maintained, • Check the work of outsourced companies in terms of service with respect to Management standards QUALIFICATIONS • Previous selling/reservation/customer service experience • Internet, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications • Exceptional interpersonal skills required, friendly and courteous • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task • Excellent communication skills - oral and written • Personal appearance • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays • Advanced English and Italian speaker + another language • Local knowledge of Florence preferred • Rights to work in Italy • Availability to start soon About Us Over 400 well located apartments in Florence, we select premium residential apartments and ensure that they follow our minimum quality standards.
