REALTY SPECIALIST

You will serve as a REALTY SPECIALIST in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command of NAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE SW ASIA Capodichino, Italy.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a Realty Specialist responsible for the acquisition and disposal, management and utilization of real estate interests.
Specialized Experience may include: Providing guidance on real estate principles, regulations, practices and methods Management of real estate interests and planning issues of a large number of activities located within the assigned geographical area Conducting market analyses, preparing Requests for Proposals (RFP) and preparing lease contracts for the procurement and administration of leases.
Plan, consult and coordinate realty actions (i. e. , actions to acquire major and minor land, space, and/or structures) to support a real property management program NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for this position.
