Main responsibilities:    Formulation of Coating Systems for various materials such as plastic and metal Development of Specialty Enamels for specific applications Development of Special Effects Support for Product Issues arising in the market, technical assistance Optimization of Production Performance Potential Development of Innovative Coatings   Main requirements: Deep technical knowledge in one or more of this field: Material, Chemicals, Coating, Process, Molding Good scientific background, able to investigate and deeply study specific topics or issues Ability of managing projects related to coating topic Supplier Management Ability of managing a team of R D researchers   What’s in it for you In Essilor Luxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
