Hours: This position is full-time (1. 0FTE), fixed term until 03/11/2025.
Location: Edinburgh North.
About The Role The Mental Health AOD Project Officer works as part of a multidisciplinary team to help ensure the delivery of integrated mental health services.
This role has a significant focus on data and performance monitoring, consumer engagement and driving continuous quality improvement across the mental health portfolio.
Guided by the Leadership Group and working collaboratively across Sonder, the Mental Health AOD Project Officer also develops and delivers adult mental health promotion initiatives and community engagement activities, events and projects as well as contributing to program development and applications for funding as required.
Experience Requirements Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
Appropriate level of experience in a health care service, preferably mental health.
Demonstrated experience in extracting statistics and conducting data analysis to identify trends and targets.
Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating administrative processes.
Experience in community health service delivery and program development.
Demonstrated experience in preparation of written reports and other correspondence.
Experience managing projects and events.
Experience in community engagement and health promotion.
Experience with Quality Management Systems.
Experience in the use of client management databases, BI Reports and Sharepoint.
Qualification And Other RequirementsA tertiary qualification relevant to the scope and content of the job.
Current Working with Children Check.
