Scope NPD service desk Main activities Builds and manages the project from need formulation up to delivery of first industrial production (QCT & performances).
Interact with customers, sales, and marketing to collaborate on customer and strategic projects.
Collaborate with the manufacturing site to secure resources and set priorities.
Anticipate risks and proactively address them; if during launch we face quality issues, PM is going to support proactively the mfg/quality teams.
Ensure NPD methodology is understood and effectively implemented in the organization.
Support NPD service desk team members.
Present on a bi-weekly basis the status of ongoing projects to sales.
Keep up to date the controlling process (BWISE).
Accountability including KP Is Guarantees project feasibility with Need, Product, Process, Suppliers, and Supply chain leaders; ensures on-time validation of the project.
Ensures technical approval from customer/market (product/process) in relation with Need leader and, when necessary, with support from Product Process or Suppliers and Supply chain leaders.
Guarantees global and operational transfer of the project to the plant until production is stabilized.
Shares project’s Quality/ Cost/ Time Performance objectives and guarantees new product launches are on-time, in full, at cost, on budget, and meet quality requirements in line with project charter.
Ensures that Service Desk projects are on time; supports SD PM members and checks on a weekly basis the status of all projects.
Profile ( Experience & Qualifications) 5 years' experience in project management role involving direct client interface and product development.
Experience in packaging/fast moving consumer goods industry is preferred.
Implementation of LSS methodologies in transactional or non-manufacturing environments is a plus.
Experience in Quality Management Systems is a plus.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and oral).
Knowledge of injection molding and mold design/development is a plus.
Proficiency in Project Management (PMI certification is a plus).
