The main tasks fall – depending on the project scope – into these categories: Influence the design of the products from the most upstream phases of the Offer Creation Process: simultaneous and collaborative design of products, processes and flows Integrate the logistic offer requirements in the design of processes and flows, promote late differentiation of products and maximum standardization of materials, components, and subassemblies Be responsible of the industrialization project until offers, processes and flows have reached the required level of robustness, capability and efficiency Introduce in the Offer Creation innovative industrial technologies when product requires Define the mandatory requirement for key processes and manage it during the product life.
Coordinate process and flow modifications for the Product Evolution when necessary MLO analysis and implementation of actions for cost reduction, in collaboration with industrialization, R&D and purchasing What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Engineering Degree (bachelor or master) in Industrial Engineering, HVAC or similar technical relevant education Minimum 3-5yrs experience in R&D, Industrialization, Manufacturing support or similar function where Project Management has been part of the job.
An open mindset and a high degree of self-discipline Ability to work effectively with various departments and contribute to team projects.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
