As part of our M Sc International Business program, we are seeking a Professor in Organization &People Management to teach and guide students in foundational and advanced database concepts.
• Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Organization &People Management course, covering both theoretical principles and practical applications.
Key duties include: Delivering engaging lectures and interactive workshops on: The International Business Environment : Understanding globalization and its impact on organizations.
Culture and Cross- Cultural Communication : Exploring Hofstede’ s cultural dimensions and their implications in business.
Motivating and Leading Across Cultures : Leadership styles and employee motivation in diverse workforces.
Cross- Cultural Negotiation &Decision- Making : Strategies for effective communication and business success.
International Human Resource Management (HRM) : Best practices for managing talent globally.
HR Strategy &Operating Models : Aligning HR functions with organizational goals and right-sizing strategies.
Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility &Sustainability : The triple bottom line approach to business.
Knowledge Management : Strategies for managing intellectual capital in multinational organizations.
Developing Cross- Cultural Competence : Skills and frameworks for global business success.
Managing International Teams : Strategies for leadership and collaboration in multicultural settings.
Organizational Structure &Control : Designing structures that support international operations.
Assessing students including assignments and final projects.
Incorporating real-world business challenges and best practices into the curriculum.
Qualifications &Experience B2 or C1 English Level A Master’ s or Ph. D.
in Management, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Strong expertise in cross-cultural management, international HRM, and leadership in global organizations.
Experience in teaching at the university level (preferred).
Industry experience in international business, HRM, consulting, or global talent management is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cross-cultural awareness.
