Production Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator who will report directly to the Production Manager and be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring their efficiency and adherence to standards.
Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator: Supervising production processes and preparing production reports (KP Is) Short-term production scheduling and workforce management (using Gantt Charts and Workforce Management tools) Implementing improvements to the production scheduling process (developing new planning algorithms) Ensuring that products meet EXOR's quality standards Organizing the repair of damaged units Maintaining constant communication with the Production Manager, another Production Coordinator, the Quality Office, the Warehouse, and all Production Operators.
Requirements and Qualifications of the Production Coordinator: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software Performance evaluation abilities Understanding of quality standards Excellent organizational skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team Ability to report production KP Is to the Production Manager (knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus) Knowledge of production processes Proficiency in using management systems Understanding of Lean Production principles Preferred factors: Knowledge of ERP Sage X3 Education : Technical diploma and/or a degree in industrial or management field #J-18808- Ljbffr
