The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are well-implemented and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities: European Pricing Strategy Implementation.
Assist in the implementation of European pricing strategies, ensuring price positioning aligns with Go- To- Market plans by country, channel, brand, and product. ) Local Implementation of Pricing Platforms.
Sales enablement and pricing execution.
Tactical pricing implementations to achieve sales, NS and GP by customers, channel, brand, countries.
Implement Mix Culture & Intelligence.
Contribute to maintaining price positioning in line with targets and steering the product mix.
Budgeting & Reporting.
Support in preparing reports for business and performance reviews and management meetings. Â Monitor price variance contributions and collaborate with the Controlling Department for analysis.
Qualifications & Experience Required Education, Master, other certification: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related field.
Experience (years): 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field such as pricing, sales, marketing, business planning, or finance, preferably within a multinational environment.
Experience in a structured or matrix organization is a plus.
Technical/ Functional Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point, with a good understanding of digital tools.
Languages Skills: Effective communication skills in both Italian and English.
Soft/ Behavioral Skills: Familiarity with market dynamics and pricing strategies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
